They will shout from the rooftops that you will get hundreds of appointments & hundreds of thousands in guaranteed revenue...


To be candid, it is all smoke and mirrors and they say they GUARANTEE their results


But honestly....I don't see how.


I mean maybe they do.


Maybe all the stories I have heard are wrong. But see here, that I did my research. I opened up the laptop and started to Google this all, really thoroughly.

I even spoke with lots of real life dentists & implantologists on the phone and visited different practices across the country

HIGH VOLUME LOW QUALITY FREE EXAMS- Agencies advertise free exams front and centre but that just actually brings in people that cant afford your implant service. And then you've got to deal with that conversation with a future patient that is already frustrated and confused and try pitching your services.


LOW PRICE POINT £29/LOW PRICED OFFERS OF NEW PATIENT SPECIAL - Now your advertising a paid offer hoping you will build a book of business but you and I both know here that making £29/low priced offers is not worth your time & now you have got to upsell quiet hard trying to grow your sales to pay for your equipment, staff, and taxes.


AUTOMATIC APPOINTMENT SETTING - Agencies will use automatic text messaging and calendars to schedule people who are not qualified, remind them like a million times to show up and when you try to call them, magically they turn into 'no pick up no show ghosts.'


ZERO QUALIFICATION - Even if the agencies does call back the leads, they will spend 30 seconds on the phone with the only goal of booking them on the calendar. While at the same time not qualifying them, not seeing if they have finances set aside, and zero discussion about credit, money, or co-signers. And that means you are going to be selling to someone that cannot buy from you.


It makes me think there is definitely room for a change.

HOW DOES THIS WORK & HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

This is how we run shop.


First we charge one of two ways. Either a flat retainer or per qualified live transfer. Both on a 6 month agreement. If you want a shorter timeframe, we charge you more.


Either is fine but if you expect more than 5 qualified live transfer per month, retainer is cheaper for you. If you expect less than 5, per live transfer is better.


Whichever plan you pick here's what we do..


NEW PAGE - We do this because dentists will get some 'interesting' comments and if its on your page its a five alarm fire branding & reputation issue but if its on our page we delete it.


PAID OFFER - We only advertise implants or all on 4s. And we don't advertise your free exam, instead we advertise how much your Implants (or All-On-4s) Cost. Cost, 50% Down, or Financing. Those 3 Ads. Thats it.


CALL BACKS & QUALIFICATIONS- The leads call us, we qualify them with a 10 point questionnaire and if they pass muster, we then start the steps to do a live transfer. Then we call your front desk, introduce the patient to you, and then we're done.


Out of 10 leads, about 2-3 are good enough to be transferred to you. And from there, 1 ends up becoming a real honest money driven conversation.
